Terms of service.

Ukiyo’s final customer terms will be published here before public launch. Do not accept live payments until founder-approved terms are in place.

Compute credits

Prepaid Ukiyo compute credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and usable only for Ukiyo compute. Voluntary early termination does not return credits. Provider or Ukiyo failures return the full rental debit to your Ukiyo balance. Disputed top-ups reverse the disputed credits and freeze new credit-funded rentals; active rentals are not terminated because of a dispute.
